We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or non delivered packages by the carriers. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU maybe subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These extra fees are not included. In case the order gets lost and costumer payed for shipping the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
HANDELING YOUR ORDER
We require a one or two day handling time to ship out your order*. After completing the checkout process, after your order is succeeded a confirmation will be send to you by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can overview of your order and find your order number in this email.
*All items are on stock but it mite occur during multi ordering process that a item get out of stock and is in back order this can cause delay for your item/order. You will be notified and as soon as possible when the item is back available it will be shipped out or offer a replacement item or refund the purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please note that standard shipping for orders outside Western Europe is possibly depending on a less reliable tracking service. If an order gets lost this is not at our responsibility and if not delivered or trackable after a time period of two months nevertheless we offer a additional item for replacement.
